Соглашения о реадмиссии призваны применяться для тех кому отказано в защите, а также для тех, кто подвержен принудительному возвращению в безопасную третью страну, либо безопасную страну происхождения. Проанализируйте, могут ли существующие соглашения ЕС о реадмиссии предоставить эффективные гарантии тем лицам, которые нуждаются в международной защите и кому грозит высылка в страну, осуществляющую преследование.
